HEMPURE’S EXTRACTION PROCESS
Each Hempure product is taken from the entire plant.
Our extraction and purification process takes place at our state-of-the-art 50,000 sq. ft., cGMP certified extraction facility in Colorado, USA.
Our proprietary extraction technology allows for high levels of phytocannabinoids that are responsible for the effects on your endocannabinoid system, while simultaneously eliminating unwanted amounts of THC and chlorophyll.
Hempure’s extraction process utilizes supercritical CO2 to produce an extract richness of terpenes, CBD, and other cannabinoids. This is followed by a solvent removal through vacuum distillation. After the chlorophyll, waxes, and THC are removed, the resulting product is called PCR hemp oil with 60-80% CBD, minor cannabinoids, and terpenes. The critical attributes of Hempure CBD oil (CBD %, terpenes, minor cannabinoids) are a result of post extraction purification processes.
To achieve this, Hempure’s facilities utilize a chromatography technique allowing the identification and complete removal of naturally-occurring trace amounts of THC from the oil. At the same time, this technique preserves the broad spectrum profile of non-psychoactive phytocannabinoids and synergistic compounds such as:
cannabigerol (CBG), cannabinol (CBN), cannabichromene (CBC), and over 40 naturally preserved terpenes.
We utilize a rigorous quality control system including on-site chromatography and 3rd party batch testing. This helps to ensure phytocannabinoid level accuracy and confirms the absence of THC via our proprietary processes.
The end result is the highest quality, broad spectrum, hemp-derived, phytocannabinoid-rich oil that contains
NO solvents, NO heavy metals, and NO pesticides!

WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT?
Hemp is used for phytoremediation. In short, it cleans soil by absorbing its toxins.
Toxin-free CBD oil is essential. You don’t want the toxins that a plant just soaked out of the ground in your hemp-based products, right?
Organically grown materials are crucial to ensure a high-quality CBD product!
Unfortunately, the USDA does not certify domestic hemp. At this point, we can only say “Organically Grown”. Just know that as soon as certification of our farms and suppliers are approved by the USDA, we’ll be the first to apply for certification.
Broad Spectrum
Many companies use CBD isolate. Sure, it sounds sounds impressive and some companies will tell you it’s the most effective form of CBD…. it’s not.
In reality, CBD isolate is not as effective as a broad-spectrum CBD. Broad-Spectrum CBD is both more effective and bioavailable. Even a 55% CBD Broad Spectrum is more effective than 99% CBD Isolate!
Plant compounds such as cannabinoids and terpenes need to work together, enabling CBD to provide the best support for our endocannabinoid system! Otherwise, it’s just another isolated pharmaceutical.

Delta 9-Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).
Our extraction & purification process uses a proprietary and patented technology that preserves all the phytocannabinoids, terpenes, and plant lipids – while eliminating unwanted THC and chlorophyll.
This non-psychoactive product allows for the global distribution of our hemp oil into international markets that have a zero tolerance for any levels of THC.
